Welcome to Week 8!
RDA (Riding For the Disabled Australia) have been sending little parcels to our students who would normally be participating! It is such a lovely idea and supports students in keeping connected. We hope RDA will start again some time soon!
Heidi from Year 5 shared her work around the Great Barrier Reef and Ocean Acidification. She did such an amazing job creating this non-fiction text! Well done Heidi, we are very impressed!
Scarlett from Prep created a story independently during Remote Learning! She was even having a go at using quotation marks! Mrs Orvis was pretty impressed that a Prep wrote that independently!
The Lions Club are fabulous supporters of our school community. They are offering families the opportunity to access a desktop computer. The computer system will include Windows 10, Office 2016, anti-virus software and Acrobat reader. If you would like to access this, please contact Kate Wojcik via the school email address. drysdale.ps@education.vic.gov.au
The Michael Carr-Gregg PD for families is again being offered. ‘Managing the Coronacoaster.’ Please find attached list of resources that will be available also through the webinar on September 8th 7:30-8:30pm cost is $10.
