We hope everyone had an enjoyable first week back at school for term 4. We have been very busy at OSHC, with lots of activities such as construction with the straws and connectors, chess, hockey, soccer, reading, loom bands, Yahtzee and doing yoga.
This week at OSHC we have planned more yoga, lego construction, go fish tournaments, musical statues games, a puppet show, soccer games, and making some decorations to advertise the art show and Spring Fair.
Our fundraising for the Australian Literacy and Numeracy foundation has now finished. At Drysdale Primary School we raised $60, which was a great effort. Congratulations to our competition winners Mayson (who won the marbles), Lucy (Loom Bands) and Primrose (Perler beads). We would like to thank the Springdale $2+ shop for their donation, and Lenehan & Associates accountants in Belmont for their support.
A friendly reminder for parents that for staffing and catering purposes children should be booked into OSHC through the Camp Australia head office, or if it is impractical to do so, through a staff member at OSHC. Where possible bookings and cancellations should be made through the Camp Australia Head Office website https://www.campaustralia.com.au/ or phone number, which is 1300 105 343. This is to ensure that we have adequate numbers of staff present to care for your children, and that we have prepared enough food to go around at snack time.
