We had lots of fabulous learners come and visit the AP Office this week.
Some students from Year 1 came to share some descriptive language work last week. Dakoda’s picture of a playground listed many adjectives to describe the colours. Olivia, Emily and Will all shared their descriptive words that described their illustrations of beaches and cars, while Kenzie had drawn her favourite place at the snow, using some great adjectives to describe the look and feel. Some very impressive artwork and writing to describe it to match.
Year 1 have also been working on making their writing ‘Sizzling!’ Dakota, Matthew, Ivy, Max, Kaylee and Nieve completed some fabulous work and then as ‘Smart Thinking Writers’ they reread their work and identified the verbs, nouns and adjectives. Thank you Year 1!!
Some more amazing authors came to visit from Year 3, Jayden came to share his narrative writing about his character ‘Ash’ training his new Pokemon. Lincoln also shared his Narrative writing about ‘Charizaid’ and demonstrated his skills using dialogue in his writing!
Congratulations to all our fabulous authors this week!
