Congratulations to all our teams who participated in the Connewarre District Summer Lightning Premiership last week. In somewhat challenging conditions, tennis and cricket in the hail isn’t always pleasant, our students displayed our school values of enjoyment and resilience and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship in their games.
Drysdale PS were crowned champions in the Boys T-Ball, Girls Hot Shots Tennis and Boys Hot Shots Tennis. These three teams have qualified to represent the District at Bellarine Division Championships on Friday 5th May for Tennis and Wednesday 14th June for T-Ball.
Our Girls T-Ball team were narrowly beaten by Ocean Grove PS in their grand final and finished runners-up.
