Staff plan comprehensively and work together to constantly develop and review programs. The School is organized in straight grades with the number of classes varying from 22 - 24. Support staff working in administration and as integration aides, work alongside the teaching staff to strengthen the operational processes which ensure a secure and safe environment. Comprehensive programs in all areas of the school curriculum provide engaging classroom programs in English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities and Health are complimented by enriched specialist lessons in Physical Education, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Information and Communication Technology and LOTE (Indonesian). Up to date resources and access to planning program budgets, assists teachers to implement comprehensive and innovative programs.

The Program for Students with Disabilities (PSD) is a strong aspect of the schools programs providing inclusiveness for all students. The program contributes to the school culture which respects the rights of individuals and encourages all stake holders to care for each other. The Reading Recovery Program provides intervention assistance to children in year one thus strengthening the early years program. The school runs a very successful Out of School Hours Program. This service is appreciated by families and is fully utilized.
