The Year 2s are the first Year level to have a go at the new Makerspace activities being held at lunchtime on Fridays.
As Drysdale is a STEM school we have started Makerspace so our students can explore their passions and work collaboratively with others to create new and exciting solutions to real world problems.
Last week we looked at building the tallest tower using toothpicks and plasticine. Students were able to investigate shapes that were strong to build the tallest tower.
Throughout the year different year levels will also get the opportunity to participate, robotics and technology will be used to extend their thinking.
