INTEGRITY
Cole of Year 5 – I have been very impressed by the way you have improved your behaviour and effort in class. You are showing a great new mature attitude and trying really hard to improve in all areas. I am really proud of you!
Charlotte of Year 5 – For being such a positive and inspiring role model who respectfully interacts with everyone in the Senior Learning Community.
SUCCESS
Hope of Year 1 – Hope you are now showing greater independence and focus when attempting to write tricky words, which was demonstrated in your recent descriptive writing about a Fricklepod. Keep up the great work.
Ivy of Year 2 – For showing success in everything you have attempted this year. You have been a joy to teach and we wish you all the best in your new school in Queensland.
Zara of Year 2 – For your hard work in maths last week. Zara, you worked incredibly hard to remember all of the properties of a 3D shape and as a result, can now make 3D shapes and describe them using their features! Keep it up superstar!
Harper of Year 4 – Harper, you have had a fantastic attitude towards your learning this term. During our unit on fractions it was great to see you extend your understanding by drawing and renaming improper and mixed fractions. Keep up the great work, Harper!
ENJOYMENT
Lulu of Prep – You have learnt and achieved so much during your time at DPS. You demonstrate a sincere love of learning and always strive to do your best. Most importantly, you approach every task with a big smile on your face and always make learning fun for those around you. Congratulations Lulu!
Kevin of Year 1 – For demonstrating all our school values this week, especially enjoyment. You have really enjoyed playing cricket and having fun at lunchtimes with your friends. You have also shown enjoyment when making your fictional character in our writing lessons this week. Keep having fun and enjoy coming to school each and every day.
Lucian of Year 5 – It was really pleasing to see the way you were helping other students in the class when we were researching information for our holiday projects. Your computer skills were certainly appreciated.
