Our “Your Talent” Week at Camp Australia Drysdale Primary School OSHC has arrived! Over the course of this week we will be focusing on encouraging the children to share and celebrate their talents, with focuses such as Dance, Tumble and Spin, Champions of the Track and Field, Artists Gallery, Joke Night, all in preparation for our special Talent Show on Friday the 26th of November.
After that, Christmas arrives at OSHC, with three weeks of fun, festive activities planned for children to participate in if they want to.
In line with current government directives we ask that all children in grades 3-6 (other than those with a medical exception,) wear a face mask when they are inside at OSHC. If your child has a medical exemption could a copy please be provided to the service ASAP. We thank families and children who have complied thus far with this directive and supported us, and the school, on this matter.
The return of warmer weather means that hats need to come to after school care as well as to school. This was an issue earlier this year, as few children brought their hats. It doesn’t have to be a school hat, any sun smart hat is fine. Maybe a spare hat could live in the bottom of the bag if children don’t want to remove their hats from their classrooms? We hope to spend as much time outside as possible so we really need your support in this matter.
Parents please be reminded that in order to use the service they need to be registered with Camp Australia… We are unable to accept children into the service who are not registered with Camp Australia. Bookings can be made or cancelled by logging into the Camp Australia website https://www.campaustralia.com.au or by ringing 1300 105 343, or using our parent portal app. The team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except National Public Holidays).
We look forward to seeing you and your family soon!
