Tom of Year 1 – This year Tom has used our RAISE tokens to motivate himself to show more resilience at school. It has been wonderful to watch your resilience grow and strengthen while you have accepted and worked through the challenges that school presents. You are demonstrating your skills and becoming a strong and independent student, keep up the great work Tom.
Breeana of Year 4 – Bree has worked hard to improve her understanding of measurement. She can explain what area, perimeter and length is and can use the appropriate tools to measure them. She has explored the connection between area and perimeter through a ‘Bumper Cars’ unit of work. Great work Breeana!
Indi of Year 6 – Indi was a star on camp, leading the way in taking notes at each landmark we visited, treating others with kindness and respect, being a dancing superstar and for pushing through her lost voice to still smile and enjoy herself.
Noah of Year 6 – For showing a high level of maturity on camp, supporting the teachers through ensuring the right amount of students got on the bus and assisting the bus driver to get the food and drinks on and off the bus. Well done!
Bailey of Year 5 – Bailey has been making good use of his class time and is working towards completing all set tasks. Keep up the great work Bailey!
Charlie of Prep M – Charlie has been working hard in Prep this term. She puts in 100% effort when doing her work. Charlie is working hard on reading her Rainbow words and has moved up 2 levels since the beginning of term. Great work Charlie, we are so proud of your learning and the choices you are making. Keep up the great work!
Kalista of Year 1 – Kalista has shown exceptional ability with her imaginative writing this term. She was able to construct a narrative text using a beginning, middle and end using descriptive mature words to introduce her characters and setting. Keep up the great work Superstar!
Neveah of Year 1 – Nevaeh is now showing greater independence and focus when attempting to write new words, which was demonstrated in her recent imaginative text. Nevaeh was able to use fantastic descriptive language to describe her characters in the story. Keep working hard Nevaeh.
Darby of Year 1 – Darby has been working hard all year in all aspects of school. He has shown great improvement in his reading and mathematical skills, which he should be very proud of. Congratulations on an awesome year of learning, Darby!
Jaya of Year 4 – For your hard work and persistence when planning, drafting and publishing your informative text on horses. Your well structured text provided lots of amazing facts and you included a range of supportive features. Well done Jaya!
Macey of Year 4 – For working hard to apply known strategies to more complex money problems in Maths. You persisted when you were faced with calculating the change needed for a purchase and successfully applied a subtraction algorithm. Well done Macey!
Rebecca of Year 4 – Rebecca has worked hard within all learning areas, always seeking to improve her work. Recently on her informative text writing, Rebecca has shown resilience as she takes on feedback, reflects on her writing and produces an even better piece of writing. Well done Rebecca, you are a star!
Ivy of Year 1 – For showing success in Indonesian lessons each week. Ivy strives to do her best and she participates enthusiastically in all lessons. Bagus!
Harley of Year 3 – For tackling all challenges in Inquiry this year with a smile. Harley has shown enthusiasm in learning about our world and history all year. Recently he impressed the class with his knowledge about climates. You’re a rock star, Harley.
Max of Prep – Max was an amazing role model for his peers at our Ecolinc excursion. He eagerly contributed to discussions and shared his knowledge and understanding of weather concepts. Max was also respectful and considerate towards his peers, and he demonstrated great enthusiasm for every activity. Congratulations Superstar!
Mason of Prep – For demonstrating enjoyment in all that you do. You try your hardest and always wear a beautiful big smile. Well done for persisting when things are tricky and having a can-do attitude!
Piper of Year 2 – For demonstrating enjoyment in your learning and having a positive attitude in all you do. It was great to see you enthusiastically participating in all class work and on excursions this term. Keep up the great work!
Matthew of Year 6 – For his eagerness to participate and volunteer answers to questions and discussions at each landmark we visited. He showed a high level of enthusiasm throughout the whole camp experience, which was infectious on others.
Jack of Year 1 – For showing enjoyment when participating in Indonesian lessons. Jack always has a smile on his face when joining in with activities, in particular singing songs in Indonesian. Hebat!
