Kade of Year 6 – For his sustained and consistent effort over a number of weeks to ensure he is producing learning of the highest possible quality. Keep up the wonderful effort Kade!
Jonathan of Year 6 – Jono has developed incredible resilience as the year has progressed. He has faced some tough situations this year, and has come through with flying colours. Jono shows extra resilience during maths, consistently pushing himself to learn new ways of doing things and improve his understanding. Well done!
Emily of Prep – Emily has been practising resilience this term. She has shown she is able to focus on what she needs to do and ignore distractions. Emily has been able to focus on her writing and counting, which have both improved greatly this term. Keep making those great choices Emily! We are super proud of you!
Tanisha of Prep – Tanisha has shown great courage since starting school, and she has worked hard to develop her resilience when faced with challenges and difficulties. Tanisha, we are so proud of the way you showed resilience when you encountered a problem during swimming, and how you talked to your teachers to help find a solution. You then showed great courage, and resilience when you bounced back from your problem, and you should be so very proud of yourself. What a superstar!
Ruby of Year 3 – For showing her dedication to her learning and improving her knowledge in areas of Maths. Ruby has been spending a lot of her personal time working on Sunset Maths and has improved out of sight. You’re a star Ruby, keep it up.
Marley of Year 2 – For the way she has been helping people out who have needed a kind friend. Marley has been selfless and shown much support to others. Well done Marley.
Oscar of Year 6 – For his outstanding leadership of the boys T-ball team, organising training sessions, equipment and players positions all with great ease. A super coach in the making!
Tahlia of Year 4 – For always showing great sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership in all physical education classes. You are a great role model to other students Tahlia, keep up the great work!
Noah of Year 4 – For displaying success in the classroom by finding ways to challenge himself. It has been fantastic to see you taking pride in the presentation of your work and ensuring you are completing tasks to the best of your ability. Keep it up Noah!
William of Year 2 – This term you have made an exceptional improvement in your handwriting. It has been a pleasure to watch you taking more pride in the presentation of your learning. Keep up the great work.
Ryan of Year 2 – For having success in his learning. Ryan has demonstrated this term that he can confidently write longer writing pieces. He is attempting to spell unknown words and has been working hard to make his writing neat and legible. Keep up the great work Ryan.
Jake of Year 3 – This award is presented to Jake who has displayed great success in his maths. He has displayed a very positive attitude in applying himself to his work and this has be evident in the quality of his work. Well done Jake.
Ivy of Year 1 – For always taking on extra writing challenges in the classroom, allowing her to produce great writing pieces on a consistent basis. Keep up the great work, Ivy!
Will of Year 5 – Will is displaying a committed approach to his learning and personal growth. He is willing to challenge himself and has the confidence to put himself out of his comfort zone. Well done Will. Keep challenging yourself.
Vianne of Year 5 – For brilliantly embracing Year 5. You have been working hard, taking on extra challenges and have been completing your work to the highest standard. Your information report on NASA was detailed, followed the correct process and even contained citations. Well done Vianne.
Hayley of Year 6 – For enthusiastically embracing all aspects of school life and being open and responsive to feedback to get the most out of every learning opportunity.
Ruby of Year 1 – Ruby has demonstrated much delight and commitment in the last few weeks during concert practice. She has been concentrating during rehearsals and always going above and beyond to make concert practice fun and enjoyable for all.
