Congratulations to this week’s Principal Award recipients;
Lily of Year 2 – For demonstrating resilience. Even though you have been unwell, you have bounced back and returned to school ready and willing to learn. You even worked extremely hard to catch up on your information report and finished extra work so that we could display it for education week. You have amazing determination and dedication to do well in everything you do. You are a super star.
Heidi of Year 3 – For displaying resilience during writing last week. Heidi worked hard to write a persuasive piece only to realise she had forgotten paragraphs. Instead of giving up, Heidi re-wrote her work without complaint, adding in paragraphs at each new reason for her opinion. Great effort, Heidi
Grayson of Year 1- For accepting others into his game at playtime, and clearly explaining the rules and expectations so that each person was aware of how to play. Keep up the great work Superstar!
Hayden of Year 1 – Hayden shows Integrity every day at school through his interactions with his peers. He always does his best work and is able to keep trying when things are hard. Hayden showed Integrity this week when completing a persuasive writing task. He told us that Daniel’s Donuts were unique and we could sell them at the school canteen. Well done Hayden, keep up the good work.
Sharni of Year 4 – For showing integrity during our Amazing Race activities. You were a team player, you moved around the school respectfully and you worked hard to apply the skills you have been learning in maths. Well done Sharni!
Sienna of Year 5 – Sienna, you show integrity in many ways in the classroom. You follow instructions and can be relied upon to get the job done. You continually ask questions and present your work to a high standard as was shown with your narrative. You included many essential elements. Well done Sienna.
Lola of Year 6 – For always being a respectful, considerate and hardworking member of Year 6. You always set a high example for your peers to follow, and you are to be commended for your integrity!
Keep up the great work!
