Congratulations to this week’s Principal Award recipients who were awarded their certificates in Assembly on Monday morning.
Sophie of Year 2 – For showing resilience in the class while working through your final draft of your writing. I love that you were persistent and got it done. Well done Sophie!
Zachary of Year 2 – For building on his resilience this term. Zac is using his Zones of Regulation tools to help him bounce back really quickly. Well done, Zac!
Max of Prep – For persisting with his work even when he finds it challenging. Max is open about discussing his strengths and areas for improvement and works really hard to achieve his goals. Keep it up, Max!
Salem of Year 4 – For taking the time to support a peer with a difficult online task without being asked. You were such a great role model and gave friendly advice. It is great to have such a supportive classmate in Year 4. Well done Salem!
Primrose of Year 1 – Primrose is an amazing listener who consistently follows instructions without being prompted, always producing quality work she should be proud of! Keep up the work superstar.
Jackson of Year 3 – For displaying our school value of integrity during class time. Jackson is always following our school rules and going out of his way to help others, even when he doesn’t know the teacher is watching. Jackson also has a constantly positive attitude towards his learning. You don’t go unnoticed Jackson. Keep shining.
Lily of Year 5 – For always following instructions, completing every task independently with great effort and always doing the right thing when the teacher is not watching. Lily, you go above and beyond and this was shown when creating your presentation for the student led conferences. It is a pleasure having such a responsible role model in Year 5. Congratulations.
Nicholas of Year 2 – For always showing integrity by following instructions, making excellent choices and being a great friend to all your class mates. Well Done.
Isabella of Year 6 – For regularly displaying integrity and approaching her learning with a positive attitude and maturity.
Flynn of Year 5 – Flynn you continually complete your learning at home to a high level and this week you wrote a fantastic persuasive letter on why recess should be longer using the correct structure and persuasive elements. Keep kicking goals buddy.
BJ of Year 4 – BJ achieved success by successfully following the measurement process to solve the problem of the giant’s foot. He was able to identify the attribute to measure, the most appropriate tool, use the tool accurately and record his measurement using the correct unit.
Manson of Year 1 – For always coming to school with a big smile on his face and having a keen and eager attitude to learn. Continue to keep working hard, Manson.
Cooper of Year 6 – For showing enjoyment to try different things and competing really well during cross country. Fantastic work Cooper!
Ivy of Prep – For having an outstanding attitude to all aspects of school.You are so positive and excited about learning and your enthusiasm is infectious. It’s delightful to see your big bright smile each time you successfully read a new word list. Keep it up!
