Rylie of Year 1 – For settling into Drysdale Primary like a superstar. Your attitude to writing has already improved so much and I’m so impressed. I love reading all your interesting animal fact files.Keep up the great work!
Riley of Year 3 – For the way he embraced so many challenging and new experiences on camp. He was a fantastic team member, helping his group find the hidden critters and identifying the skulls around the lake. You’re a star Riley!
Delphi of Year 5 – Dephi has shown dedication to her learning all year. She is conscientious and fully engaged. Delphi should be congratulated on her efforts spanning the whole year. Well done Delphi!
Emilio of Year 6 – Showing a deep understanding of our Inquiry Big Idea by engaging with his local representative to request a change in how the local sporting fields are looked after. Your dedication to the task was outstanding Emilio!
Harry of Year 6 – Demonstrating an in depth understanding of our Inquiry Big Idea by engaging with the Prime Minister of Australia to make a change regarding law creation. Your persuasive letter followed the correct structure and was written with appropriate formality for your audience.
Mikayla of Year 6 – Creating an outstanding fractured fairy tale using sensory language to describe the setting and characters. You really considered your audience, creating an engaging story to read. Fantastic effort!
Maddie of Year 3 (Resilience) – Maddie showed great resilience during Year 3 camp. She was confronted with a personally challenging situation and she really stepped up. Well done Maddie, you should be so proud of yourself!
