We are very frustrated with the lack of phone service at school since we switched to Optus NBN. The office staff are working tirelessly to persuade Optus to take this seriously. We did receive an e mail from Optus which began “I tried to reach you over the phone but no answer.” Clearly this was not written by a former student of Drysdale Primary. I do understand that many of our families are experiencing similar difficulties with their home NBN service. Please bear with us and use an alternative form of communication – e mail or diary note – while Optus try to resolve their problem.
