What a fantastic Cross Country! A huge thankyou to all the teachers who stepped into their roles so smoothly and professionally, to the aides who supported students with such enthusiasm, to the parents who worked on course marshalling stations, to the first aid team who treated the wounded, to the spectators who encouraged and to the people who helped with the logistics of set up and pack up. To all the students who completed the course, very well done. I saw some very impressive efforts. A big event like the Cross Country can’t run so well without a contribution from everyone. Well Done Team. Click read more for all the results and photos from the day.

On Friday the 23rd of March, grades 3-6 ran in the school cross country. It was a very enjoyable day.
One of the highlights of the day was 3 girls in the under 12-13 who hadn’t placed before coming in the top four. Gypsy who placed 2nd, Stella who placed 3rd and Kiarna who placed 4th.
In the Boys 11 year olds, Oscar came 1st with a really good run.
The winners of each race were, U/9s -Zahlia and Liam, U/10s – Jasmine and Callan, U/11s – Kailee and Oscar and U/12-13s – Leisel and Jai.
We would like to give a huge thank you to all the parents that helped out on the day and a HUGE thanks to Mr Page who organised the whole thing.
Good luck to all the Drysdale kids who have qualified for the District Cross Country on Monday 30 April at Eastern Gardens.
