School Wide Positive Behaviour Staff PD

Our staff utilised the majority of the curriculum day working with the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support Team. A group of teachers were fortunate enough to attend Professional Development earlier in the term to learn about implementing this exciting program. We are in the early stages of working on a framework that focuses on teaching desired behaviours to encourage and acknowledge the positive choices students make. Staff are excited to introduce a new behaviour matrix and reward system across the school that will help us consolidate positive environments.
