Drysdale Primary School

Arrangements For Friday

Please can I request the support of our community in making arrangements for our students to stay at home this coming Friday.  There will not be any members of the Drysdale Primary School staff in school on Friday as we shall be attending Mel Burton’s funeral.  If you are really unable to make alternative arrangements, and I do understand that this will be necessary for some families, please can you let the office know before Thursday lunchtime.  This is important so that I can arrange for enough teachers from others schools to be here.  Thanks to the generous support of our parent community, the school office will be open for messages and to answer the phone.  Please note that the school canteen will be closed on Friday.

Students threw a boomerang, feed some of the Australian native animals, explored artifacts and participated in a dance.

On Tuesday 5th of June players from the Geelong cats came to DPS. The two people who came were Nakia Cockatoo and James Parsons. They came into 4S, so did all the other year 4‘s. The things they talked about were physical activity, sleep, screen time, healthy eating and themselves.  Mae Year 4.

Nakia Cockatoo and James Parson came to Drysdale Primary School to teach us about healthy heroes and all the subjects like (Physical activity, Healthy eating and screen time and sleep also drinking).
