Online Safety

Following on from the information provided last week about cyber safety, please can I remind everyone of the school’s acceptable use policy which applies to all students using IT equipment in school including those in years 4, 5 and 6 using their personal netbooks. It is a condition of students using this equipment that they agree to follow this school policy. Flower Shower – Buy Your Flower Today

We are very excited to add the Flower Shower to our list of events happening this year!

Primary School Deaf Sports Day

We had three Drysdale students head off to Doncaster Athletics Track with Mrs McGeorge to compete in the Primary School Deaf Sports Day. A big thankyou to Sandra King who assisted with the team on the day.

Potato Fair Gold Sponsors 

Fundraising – Parents & Friends and Earn and Learn

Throughout this year we have raised funds through events such as our Mini Mudder and Trivia Night.  We are thankful for your contributions and love being able to invest in our students.  This year we purchased a range of items for our new Sensory Garden, including some great park benches, we purchased some astro turf and outdoor couches for the quiet area and also bought some electric drum kits which the students are loving!

Nude Food

This week’s Nude Food Winners are

Jack of Year 1 and Chase of Year 3 they have received a Prize from Coles Drysdale!

The classes with the highest number of students with Nude Food were 2S, 4H and 4L.

Well done and remember to bring your Nude Food in NAMED containers.

Thank you to Coles Drysdale who provided the prizes that our Nude Food winners received.

Camp Australia

Parents please be advised that After School care will be held in the new Grade 6 are (old library) THIS FRIDAY, due to the Spring Fair. Children will meet educators on the ramp leading into hall before heading to the quiet area fro a quick snack, and then inside to get out of the way of those attending Spring Fair. Could you please ensure to notify either Camp Australia head office, or OSHC staff directly if your child will not be attending on the day to make this process as streamlined as possible.
